The gift card is a property of FNAC and cannot be used to redeem cash. It does not act as a cheque, guarantee or charge card.

The management will not be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged gift cards and such cards shall not be refunded or replaced.

The management will not be held responsible for any wrong information provided when proceeding in issuing the online gift card. The amount of the gift card, sender details and message are the sole responsibility of the account user. No refund, exchange or adjustment is accepted at any circumstances once the payment was finalized.

If the total amount of the purchase is more than the value of the gift card, immediate payment of the balance will be required at the time of purchase.

Gift cards issues from fnac.qa or through FNAC stores in Qatar have no expiration date.

The management reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions herein, without prior notice.
