EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

1. If you are not satisfied with your online purchase through fnac.qa for any reason, you can always opt for an exchange or refund within 15 days of receiving the item(s); provided that:

  • The product is unused and returned in its original condition. Unwrapped items will not be accepted.
  • A copy of the invoice is presented as well so we can track your purchase.

2. Books, Video Games, Computer Software, Music CDs, Magazines, Newspapers and Prepaid Cards are excluded from Exchange & Refund policy.

3. Electronics including Mobiles, Laptops, Tablets, Cameras, TVs, etc… cannot be exchanged unless a manufacturing defect is found. FNAC reserves the right to determine this.

4. Item(s) purchased on fnac.qa may be exchanged and/or returned by visiting our branch in Lagoona mall.

5. In case you paid using a desbit/credit card, refund will be made on the same card and the amount will be reflected in your bank account within 7 working days

6. In case you lost your invoice during the 15 days, you can ask for a copy from our after sales team or contact us. A copy of the invoice will then be sent to you by e-mail.
