DELIVERY SERVICE POLICY

1. Home delivery service is free and available for all items across Qatar.

2. We thrive to deliver your purchases within 24 hours from placing your order (Excluding holidays and Friday’s).

3. An accurate address should be given in order to be able to deliver your purchases. Providing correct information is the sole responsibility of the customer. FNAC has the right to cancel the order or charge additional fees if the information provided were incorrect.

4. Our customer service team will contact you to inform you about the delivery schedule once your order is placed.

FNAC Express 4 Hours Delivery

Terms & Conditions

1. Selected items are included in the 4-hours express delivery and installation service. Check with our sales or customer service team for the list of entitled items that might change without any prior notice
2. Place your order before 18:00 from each day to avail the express delivery and installation service within 4-hours
3. No installation or delivery will take place on Friday
4. Orders shall be placed in person in the showroom or through our website or mobile application
5. The express delivery service is available inside Doha only
6. Delivery locations outside Doha will require additional time that will be communicated through our customer service team
7. The service will be available from March 9 and until April 20, 2023
8. The above terms and conditions can be changed without any prior notice by the management
